Contract Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for snow removal services at the Oceana Commissary. The requirement is to mitigate hazardous conditions caused by snow and ice. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, and other items necessary to perform deicing and anti-icing services.
