This Sources Sought notice replaces Notice SPE30026R0032, which was canceled due to an administrative numbering correction. No changes have been made to the requirement. All responses previously submitted under the canceled notice remain valid and will be considered. Vendors do not need to resubmit unless they wish to update or supplement their original response.
