***THE NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION’S (NOAA) PACIFIC MARINE ENVIROMENTAL LABORATORY (PMEL), INTENDS TO NEGOTIATE AND AWARD A PURCHASE ORDER, ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS, UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.103-1, WITH SEAVIEW SYSTEMS, INC. FOR QUANTITY 3 SVS-603HR WAVE SENSORS TO BE DELIVERED/PERFORMED AT SEATTLE, WA. NO SET ASIDE IS TO BE USED FOR THIS SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT. THE ASSOCIATED NAICS CODE IS 334511. ***THE SOLE SOURCE DETERMINATION IS BASED ON NOAA’S REQUIREMENT FOR COMPATIBILITY TO EXISTING SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT. THE SEAVIEW WAVE SENSOR IS THE ONLY WAVE SENSOR THAT INTEGRATES DIRECTLY WITH THE SEATRAC UNCREWED SURFACE VEHICLE (USV) PLATFORM THROUGH THE EXISTING RS232 BINARY COUMMUNICATION INTERFACE ALREADY IMPLEMENTED IN THE SEATRAC CONTROL AND TELEMETRY SOFTWARE.
