Contract Description
The USACE Omaha District intends to award a out-scope, sole-source contract modification using the procedures at FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), as it has been deemed that only one source when it is likely that award to any other source would result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Roadhouse-Tepa JV is currently constructing the Joint Cryptological Center at Buckley Space Force Base, CO including the horizontal pathway infrastructure and inside plant cabling (added by previous modification). The Government requires additional services to revise a portion of the horizontal cabling of the inside plant (ISP) for the building, which had been completed per previous modification.
