Contract Description

The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi requires services from a competent contractor to maintain Chillers equipment in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for scheduled annual maintenance services paid at the annual rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing Chiller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5) including DBA, police clearance certificate, overhead, profit and VAT (if applicable). The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.
