The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to make a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices for Solid Waste Removal Services as prescribed below for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), La Tuna, located in Anthony, TX.
