UPDATE (24 February 2026) In lieu of the pre-solicitation conference, the Government plans to conduct 30-minute One-on-One Sessions with interested vendors via Microsoft Teams on the 5-6 March 2026. If you wish to participate in a One-on-One Session, please send an email to bradley.dioguardo.civ@us.navy.mil by 02 March 2026 at 1000 EST.
