Contract Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability for the fabrication and delivery of a replacement Miter Gate for the Poe Lock located at the Soo Locks Complex, located in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. The project work includes, but is not limited to: providing all materials, labor, equipment, facilities, supervision, transportation, and administration as necessary to fabricate and deliver the miter gate to the delivery site in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. The miter gate consists of (2) fabricated gate leafs and miscellaneous components for each leaf.
