SUBJECT: Sources Sought for Commercial Interest in the OE35 Wave Energy Converter THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY for the purpose of conducting a market survey for written information only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. 1.0 INTRODUCTION The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC), is conducting market research to identify qualified sources with commercial interest in acquiring the OE35, a 500-kilowatt (kW) wave energy converter (WEC).
