Contract Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) as outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The purpose of this RFI is to accomplish market research pursuant to FAR Part 10, and to identify businesses capable of performing the functions described herein. The government is requesting information regarding the availability and feasibility of attracting firms to support the requirements of THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) for Design and Construction Services for a Utility Optimization Improvement project at the Existing and Old Embassy Compounds in Monrovia, Liberia.
