Contract Description
The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit , Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Laboratory Department is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to purchase required Quality Control materials for in-house chemistry testing, to be purchased on “as needed” basis. Refer to attached List of Supplies, this list is not all-inclusive. Other capable firms are also invited to respond to this SSN. The Contracting Officer will consider responses for Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) opportunities first, then for set aside programs under the Small Business Act (41 U.S.C. 3104).
