Contract Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NOAA Fisheries, Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) requires Fishery Observer Support Services in support of the Southeast Fisheries Observer Program (SEFOP). The SEFSC requires a contractor to provide all qualified personnel, material, equipment, services, support and facilities (except as otherwise specified) to perform quality environmental, biological, and fisheries operations data collection, data analysis, and information dissemination for the SEFSC.
