Contract Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to the University of Georgia for the purchase of DNA Genotyping services to produce high-resolution Genetic Stock Identification (GSI) of Atlantic green and loggerhead turtles. This contract is expected to have a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, with a total period of performance of 2026 - 2031. The purpose of this service is to generate data for a backlog of samples at NOAA’s Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC) Marine Mammal and Turtle Division (MMTD) in order to achieve current science and management objectives iden...
