Contract Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 31 Contracting Squadron (CONS) located at Aviano Air Base, Italy is issuing this Notice to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to execute a Sole Source Award under RFO Part 12.102(a) -Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The intended Contractor is APEX Projects. In consideration of the circumstances of the contract action, APEX Projects is the sole authorized distributor and servicer for the Space Saver brand rolling storage system in Europe. The existing Space Saver system was installed in 2022 and remains under a 10-year manufacturer's warranty covering the system structure/lining through 2032.
