Contract Description
The National Park Service (NPS) at Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) intends to award a firm fixed-price noncompetitive purchase order to Waste Connections of California, Inc. for 12 months of Solid Waste and Recycling Services, with an option for up to 4 additional years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however all emails received within 7 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government for future related requirements. A determination by the National Park Service not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
