Contract Description

AMENDMENT 0001 - PROVISION OF SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE SHEET AND EXTENSION OF BID OPENING DATE. ISSUE DATE: 9 FEBRUARY 2026 Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor and supervision, necessary for comprehensive repairs and upgrades to the Multi-Mission Building (MMB) and associated facilities at the Eatons Neck Coast Guard Station in Northport, NY. The project includes removal of all interior lead and asbestos containing materials, and selective exterior work as noted. The main tasks include replacement of windows, doors , siding, fire escapes, decks, roof drainage, selective roofing, sheathing and insulation on the exterior.
