Period of Performance: Base Year: 2/1/2026 – 1/31/2027 Option Year 1: 2/1/2027 – 1/31/2028 Option Year 2: 2/1/2028 – 1/31/2029 Option Year 3: 2/1/2029 – 1/31/2030 Option Year 4: 2/1/2030 – 1/31/2031 Questions regarding this RFQ are due by 10:00 AM PST on 11/24/2025.
