Contract Description
1. Purpose The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify licensed contractors in Singapore capable of performing the complete resurfacing of an in-ground reinforced concrete swimming pool at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence. The Government is specifically seeking companies able to: Supply suitable plaster finish materials (Marbelite or equivalent) through the local market. Provide all labor, tools, and supervision necessary to carry out the resurfacing. This notice is for information and planning only. It does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. 2. Background The swimming pool was constructed in the late 1990s and requires a new interior finish.
