Contract Description
1. Action The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, provides this Notice of Contract Action (NOCA). In accordance with FAR 5.2, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a modification with a single source, Mesotech International Inc., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” 2. Description of Requirement The Government requires the procurement of new FMQ-23 fixed-base weather systems and their proprietary parts. This action will modify the existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, FA2330-23-D-B001, to include the acquisition of these systems. M...
