The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Tecan U.S., Inc for Tecan Plate Washer Annual Maintenance. Vendor is fully capable of providing lamp replacement, operational quality checks, and calibration by trained providers. Due to proprietary software and integration of software into existing laboratory processess. This contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP).
