Contract Description

NASA Johnson Space Center White Sands Test Facility (JSC WSTF) extended the Test Evaluation and Support Team 3 (TEST3) contract with Sierra Lobo, Inc. for up to two years (1-year base with 1-year option) to allow sufficient time for successful completion of two large-scale construction projects at WSTF funded by One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). This extension supports the effective utilization of the OBBBA funds by ensuring that the projects are conducted timely and are overseen and implemented by the experienced TEST3 contractor workforce who are already familiar with the site’s operational needs and project plans.
