Contract Description
The Expeditionary Meteorology (ExMet) program is a development, procurement, and sustainment program that addresses the Air Force need for a complete "first-in" weather solution in the tactical and near-peer environments in accordance with (IAW) the 2022 National Defense Strategy (NDS) and the AF/A3 Functional Concept for Operations. ExMET will deliver scalable, integrated components with configurations providing observing, forecasting and communications capabilities that are usable, supportable, and maintainable in deployable locations ranging from data rich to data sparse/data denied per the PACE Plan.
