NOTICE FOR TUBE-LAUNCHED OPTICALLY TRACKED WIRELESS-GUIDED (TOW) IMPROVED TARGET ACQUISTION SYSTEM (ITAS) MODIFIED ITAS (MITAS), CONTRACT LOGISTICS SUPPORT (CLS) This is a synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.101 for the following contract.
