Contract Description
The Department of the Army, USAG Fort Jackson has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for on-call Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) dud survey and clearance services. We require one BPA holder. BPA Authority: This BPA will be established under the authority of RFO FAR Subpart 12.201-1(e)(3). Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide all qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to perform UXO dud survey and clearance at the Remagen Hand Grenade Range. Key tasks include, but are not limited to: performing surface and sub-surface sweeps using geophysical detection instruments, identifying and marking explosive hazards, and conducting on-site demolition of located ordnance in accordance with all applicable regulations.
