Contract Description
The Architectural-Engineering Services are required for dredging of the Curtis Creek channels and turning basin and preparation of a Design-Build Request for Proposal (DB-RFP) to improve the waterfront infrastructure at the USCG Yard located in Curtis Bay, Maryland. All dredging is considered new work dredging. The selected Contractor will perform required engineering analysis on structures and utilities at risk and/or impacted by the dredging project. Additionally, the scope includes development of a Design-Build Request for Proposal (DB-RFP) utilizing a Design-Build to Budget (DB2B) construction acquisition strategy for waterfront improvements to include the demolition and reconstruction of aging waterfront infrastructure critical to USCG operations.
