Contract Description
The U.S. Government, by and through U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, currently occupies 3,426 SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Idaho Falls, ID. The Government has identified a need for 963 SF of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 4,389 SF if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
