Mission: The mission of Coast Guard Base New Orleans Dining Facility is to provide nutritious, prepared meals to authorized patrons, to strengthen camaraderie and morale of those patrons, and to enhance the image of the Coast Guard throughout the community. Mess Attendant Services in support of Dining Facility operations to include, but not limited, to dishwashing, sanitization of all mess/meeting spaces, serving line items to patrons, inventory of all cleaning supplies/disposable products, securing utensils/tableware after meal service, cashier duties, hosting special functions, etc To accomplish this task it is essential that the dining facility be maintained in an attractive and sanitary way at all times, and that military etiquett...
