Contract Description
General Requirements USCGC STONE is currently experiencing a failure of the B side condenser on the #1 A/C skid. The condenser failed causing saltwater intrusion through the entire B side of the system. The condenser provides vital redundancy to the cooling system for electronics support equipment critical to the operation of their mission. 1. SCOPE 1.1 Intent. This standard specification invokes general requirements for conducting vessel repairs performed by commercial contractors for Coast Guard vessels. 2.
