REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) MARKET SURVEY ANNOUNCEMENT Full-Scale Food Services for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) Introduction/Purpose The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, New York, has a requirement for full-scale food services. Performance objectives include quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, sanitation, staffing, and management oversight. USMMA intends for this to be a Fixed Price, performance-based contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, for a total potential period of performance of five years.
