The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) requirement for USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52). The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, planning, document preparation, engineering, procurement, material, support services, labor, supplies, prefabrication, and equipment to perform the specified MTA repairs, maintenance, and alterations.
