THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors. The Naval Facilities System Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East (FE), Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Sasebo, is currently seeking potential sources to perform Utilities Operation and Maintenance (Utilities O&M) at Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan. The Government intends to award 4-months single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract comprised of Non-Recurring Work Items.
