The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for a Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) located at the USCG Shipyard “Yard”, Baltimore, MD. This UESC project at the USCG Yard Baltimore will recapitalize aging utility infrastructure, decrease local outages, update building equipment to reduce operating expenses, increase the on-site energy generation capacity, and add onsite energy storage at the USCG Yard. This contract will modernize building equipment, install onsite energy storage systems, and enhance landfill gas generation capabilities, avoiding over $200M in energy costs over the contract life.
