Contract Description
Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for annual maintenance agreement for VarioMill and VarioMetric. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Varioscale, INC, 1782 La Costa Meadows DR , Suite 101, San Marcos, California 92078-9102, United States under FAR Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is being sole sourced because VarioScale owns the proprietary rights to all data, schematics and have in-house , both trained and licensed technical personnel as well as a stockpile of repair/replacement parts.
