Vascular Ultrasound System - Domestic End Product SCOPE OF WORK /PWS 1.0 Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements of the Oklahoma City – OR & SICU Renovation in establishing a fixed-priced order for a vascular ultrasound. 1.1 Background Oklahoma City – OR & SICU Renovation requires vascular ultrasounds to outfit the new facility (Quantity 1). 1.2 Scope The scope of this purchase order is to provide Oklahoma City – OR & SICU Renovation with brand name or equal items for delivery to the Oklahoma City – OR & SICU Renovation location.
