Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: 1) P/N: VRI-KT-1640-128G-C (1 Each) 2) P/N: VRI-KT-1240-1640-FAST (1 Each 3) P/N: VRI-MNT-KT-EOS (1 Each) 4) P/N: VRI-CASE-1535-KT (1 Each) To Vision Research, 100 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470 as the only source, as it must interface with our existing equipment and software, and the FAST option is unique to this camera; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
