***Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to: Add the attachment “Site Visit #1 Questions and Anwers - Wash Rack Refurbishment” Clarify time to meet at Dyess Visitor Control Center Add verbiage outlining the time for the contract specialist departure from the VCC for contractor sign-on. A second site visit has been scheduled for 10 April 2026 at 10:00 am CDT. Any interested vendor should meet the contract specialist at Dyess AFB, TX Visitor Control Center at 09:00 am CDT. Interested vendors are to RSVP with akeno.jackson@us.af.mil. The contract specialist shall depart from the VCC to the site visit location at 09:30AM.
