The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt, Germany hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: WATER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE U.S. EMBASSY MANAGUA, NICARAGUA The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price construction contract in the fourth quarter of 2026.
