Contract Description
Develop a Water Management Plan (WMP) that meets the minimum legionellosis risk management requirements outlined in the ASHRAE Standard 188 and Guideline 12 to manage building water systems, maintain water safety, and prevent stagnation-related issues. The WMP should focus on monitoring, testing, and maintenance of water systems such as testing chlorine levels and temperature at point of use outlets, cleaning and changing aerators and showerheads, and validation testing of equipment and point of use outlets. Remedial actions, such as flushing, shall not be utilized as routine water safety tasks.
