AMENDMENT 0006 The purpose of Amendment 0006 to solicitation FA449726Q0031 is to: 1. Update Pricing Methodology: The pricing structure for as-needed chemicals (Propylene Glycol) has been revised to utilize a Government-established Not-To-Exceed (NTE) "plug number." Bidders are no longer required to provide a firm-fixed unit price per gallon. All offerors must use the fixed NTE amounts provided by the Government on the Quote Schedule. 2. Updated Solicitation Attachments: The following revised documents replace previous versions in their entirety and must be utilized for quote submission: Attachment 12 - Updated-PWS (Section 3.4 updated to reflect NTE reimbursement process) Attachment 13 – 52.212-2, Evaluation Addendum- UPDATED (Paragraph 'c' updated to reflect TEP evaluation of NTE amounts)...
