Contract Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Wheelchair Ramp and Lift Installation Services for the Consulate Office Building (COB) at the U.S. Consulate Fukuoka, Japan. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown in paragraph 3. Quotations of the Cover Letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quote at the lowest price.
