Sources Sought Notice Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Seeks to Lease a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in or near Sierra Vista, Arizona REQUIREMENT: The VA seeks to lease a minimum 27,977 rentable square feet (RSF), for use by VA as Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in or near Sierra Vista, Arizona. For this requirement, VA will only consider expressions of interest for an existing space for lease with buildout. The building and parking area must be fully accessible, meeting all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The building must comply with the Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria for New Federal Office Buildings and Major Modernization Projects as well as other security guidelines, which wi...
