Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies parking spaces in a lot under a lease in Gainesville, Florida, which will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that could satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 96 surface Parking Spaces in Gainesville, Florida, for use as off-site Parking for Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Gainesville, Fl...
