SYNOPSIS / PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of the Interior-National Park Service (NPS) Contracting Operations East intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a Firm Fixed Price construction contract for the Flagpole Enhancement located within Fort Frederica National Monument. The project location is 6515 Frederica Rd. St. Simon Island, GA 31522. The work to be performed must include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision in accordance with the Statement or Work and Drawings that will be included as attachments when the formal solicitation is issued.
