Contract Description

The Franklin R Sousley Campus, 2250 Leestown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511 has a requirement for Project 596-4-1 Boiler replacement. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and material for replacement of high efficiency stainless steel condensing hot water boilers in buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 16 ,25, 28, 201 and 202 (201 and 202 must be propane dual fuel capable) along with necessary ancillary equipment, contractor is to dispose of or recycle all waste, spoils, or excess. At no time between September 1 and May 1 can any building s hot water heating loop remain out of service for more than 4 consecutive hours.
