Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) 3001 Breen Bay Road North Chicago, IL 60064-3048 The Captain James A. Lovell FHCC has a requirement for construction of an expansion line of the chilled water supply and return from building 188 to buildings 1, 3, and 48 as described throughout the contract documents to include drawings and specifications.
