Page 1 of 2 CONTINUATION OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Project No. 620-23-205 Mission Critical Roofs Phase II at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Montrose Campus, Montrose, NY 10548. The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to replace roofs on buildings identified as mission critical. Egress is to be maintained throughout construction activity. This project includes replacement of gabled, dormer and flat roofs on buildings 12 and 27 in accordance with the accompanying drawings, specifications, and any local and federal codes, regulations, and procedures.
