INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build Minor construction project #528-375, Parking Ramp Expansion at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215-1129. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Buffalo VAMC is seeking a general contractor to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for construction of a parking structure addition as required by the drawings and specifications.
