THERE IS NO INCUMBENT; THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Provide and install a metal-to-metal roof overlay at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Melbourne, FL per the attached Statement of Work. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.
