Contract Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, intends to issue a Solicitation to the Replace roofs and gutters on two Peaks of Otter buildings. The roofs and gutter systems on these two buildings have exceeded their useful life and need replacement. The buildings in this project are the Peaks of Otter Ranger Office and the Peaks of Otter Maintenance Shelter. Both buildings are located in the Peaks of Otter sub-district. This is located at The Blue Ridge Parkway National Historic Site at 199 Hemphill Knob Road, Asheville, NC 28803. This procurement will be set-aside for Small Business firms.
