NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Project Title: Vessel Barrier Replacement and Repair Project for Hoover Dam Solicitation No.: 140R3026Q0038 This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract and does not constitute a solicitation.
